Show analyses for a selected food in the Query view

To show the nutrient analyses for a particular food listed in the search results of the Query view:

1. In the middle pane of the Query view, click the item.

The nutrient values for that item are displayed in the Analysis Pane on the right of the Query view.

Notes

• The Analysis Pane is the same as in the usual FoodWorks view. In the Query view, it displays results for the item that you have highlighted in the results. For how to use the Analysis Pane, see Select an analysis.

• A question (?) mark in a result indicates that FoodWorks encountered a missing value for that nutrient during a calculation, or that a calculation could not return a valid result. For example, if the protein value for one of the ingredients in a recipe is missing, then a ? appears when the result for protein is shown. Or, for example, for water, the percentage of energy from protein appears as a ? because the calculation 0/0 is undefined. See Trouble-shooting in Select an analysis.
